Building a legacy together over the past 30 years, our journey began in 1984 with the establishment of Al Fajr Company, founded to meet the needs of a rapidly developing Qatar. Through dedication to quality, timely delivery, and precision, Al Fajr quickly became a trusted name in construction and infrastructure. It was the foundation upon which I built my group of companies KAF’s legacy. Over the years, we expanded our offerings to address various needs within Qatar. Al Huda Company (1990) brought a fresh perspective to architectural design, while Julpharco (1994, fully owned since 2018) became a cornerstone in Qatar’s supply and installation of high-quality sanitary ware and tiles, offering comprehensive solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial projects

Launching Arcon in 2001 to bridge the gap between visionary design and practical construction. With Waves Trading & Contracting (2002), we delivered reliable solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. By 2005, Watania Company added logistics expertise to our portfolio, supporting Qatar’s growing economy through efficient freight and supply chain services. In more recent years, we’ve diversified into new industries. Lapaz Batchoy (2017) introduced authentic Filipino cuisine to Qatar’s vibrant dining scene, while Spice & More (2024) is enhancing the culinary landscape with premium spices and gourmet ingredients. Through each venture, our mission has been clear: to contribute meaningfully to Qatar’s development while delivering value to our customers. Whether it’s infrastructure, logistics, or culture, every project aligns with Qatar’s vision for a sustainable and prosperous future.
